From the Firestick home screen, navigate to Find > Search, type "Downloader", and install the official orange Downloader utility.
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install Unknown Apps, and toggle Downloader to "ON".
Open Downloader, enter the shortcut code provided in your welcome email (or use IPTV Smarters / TiviMate), and click Download.
Open the app, choose "Login with Xtream Codes API", enter your AlphaPlay username, password, and server URL, then enjoy.
