All subscriptions are fulfilled via direct customer assistance delivered through WhatsApp and email. AlphaPlay UK acts as a reseller of third-party IPTV middleware and does not produce, broadcast, or own any of the content streams made available through the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
To use AlphaPlay UK you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident of, or located within, the United Kingdom or an approved territory.
- Have a stable broadband internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K).
- Own or have lawful access to a compatible streaming device.
- Provide accurate personal details during the registration or enquiry process.
4. Account Registration
AlphaPlay UK does not operate a traditional user account portal. Subscription access is provided via credentials delivered directly by our support team via WhatsApp or email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity conducted using those credentials.
You must notify us immediately at info@alphaplay.uk if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes at the time of display. Payments are processed via the payment methods agreed with our support team at the time of order. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless you expressly request renewal.
Access to the service begins following payment confirmation and setup by our team. Delivery timescales are typically within 24 hours of confirmed payment. AlphaPlay UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
6. Connections & Fair Use
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of simultaneous connections. You may not exceed the connection limit purchased on your plan. Connection access may not be shared with individuals outside your household without upgrading to an appropriate plan tier.
We monitor connection usage to ensure fair access for all customers. Abuse of connection limits may result in immediate suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, design, code, branding, and original materials produced by AlphaPlay UK are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any AlphaPlay UK materials without prior written consent.
Content delivered through the subscription service is the property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders. AlphaPlay UK does not claim any ownership of third-party content.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute subscription access without written authorisation.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access controls.
- Use automated tools to access the service or scrape content.
- Upload, share, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public exhibition.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the service infrastructure.
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AlphaPlay UK does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the availability of any specific channel or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaPlay UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. AlphaPlay UK may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the service or other users. Where termination is not due to your breach, we will process a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://alphaplay.uk/terms-of-service. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
